 Through this notice, Frigorífics Ferrer, S.A.U. informs the users of its website that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated April 27th 2016 concerning the Protection of Individuals in regards to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter GDPR), and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 dated 5th December concerning the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, the personal data supplied will be incorporated into our file which is owned by Frigorífics Ferrer, S.A.U. addressed at Calle Mas de Bigas, 2 de Vic (08500).

Access to our website does not require the user to have previously registered. However, accessing and browsing this website implies the user's full acceptance of the current privacy policy and cookies policy.

 I. Legitimacy of processing

The legitimacy of carrying out the processing of users’ data is based on the consent of the interested party, requested for the specific case.

For its part, the management of contracting services, payment, invoicing and corresponding deliveries is legitimised by the execution of the contract itself.

Processing data for the purpose of sending electronic newsletters regarding services, events, and news related to our professional activities is based on the company's legitimate interest to carry out such processing in accordance with current regulations.

In regards to sending CVs and subscribing to professional offers that we may publish, the legitimacy of their processing is based on the consent of the user who sent their data, which they can withdraw at any time, although this would mean that their candidacy would not be considered in our staff recruitment processes. However, the withdrawal of their consent will not affect the legality of processing previously carried out.

Likewise, the user’s information may be used to comply with the different legal obligations of the company.

II. Purpose of processing

We inform you that only data necessary for the good development of the relationship between the parties is collected, specifically for one or several of the following purposes:

  • To manage the contracting of services and any administrative procedures relating to the existing commercial relationship.
  • To manage the use of any of the functions made available on this website, including but not limited to the subscription to newsletters and enquiries or requests for information.
  • To manage the submission of CVs through the enabled form or in the event of subscribing to the group’s different job offers.

The user guarantees the authenticity of the reported data and will be solely responsible for any false or incorrect statements. The personal data provided to us will always be processed in accordance with the GDPR.

We inform you that the company is the final recipient of this data and is the one who decides the purpose, content and use of processing the personal data supplied by its users.

We inform you that your data will be deleted when you revoke your consent and that it will be destroyed, except when there is a legal regulation that requires that it be retained. In this instance your data will be blocked until the retention period has elapsed.
